NEW HOUSE MADE SAUSAGE OF THE MONTH - JUNE - The SMOKED KIELBASA - A classic take on Kielbasa. A pork and beef sausage loaded with garlic, notes of white & black pepper with a whisp of marjoram. Served with a special version of Lance's Mustard with a horseradish kick.

Sunday June 29th

Oak Smoked "Orange Chicken" Wings - we slow smoke our wings over post oak and then flash fry to finish. This Sunday we are featuring a special house Orange Chicken sauce which is a Classic take on a the Chinese takeout favorite. Don't skip it! Or try our everyday house wing sauces including Alabama White Sauce, Buffalo, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Honey BBQ.

Tuesday July 1st

Smoked Pork Belly Banh Mi - Smoked Pork Belly sliced & drizzled with our house "sticky sauce." Dressed with quick pickled red onion, carrots, and jalapenos. Finished with a drizzle of our house Sriracha Mayo. Served with a side of Homemade French Fries.

SMOKED PRIME RIB by the plate with a special side of Duck Fat Potatoes with Crispy Pork Hash, a side of Sauteed Green Beans with bacon & tomatoes, a dinner roll, and horseradish cream sauce. Or grab it a la carte by the 1/2 lb.
